Users who purchase Trimble GPS from RLA Geosystems
receive free unlimited training or technical telephone support. Users
who did not purchase Trimble GPS through RLA Geosystems can receive
unlimited training or technical support
by telephone for a $250 annual fee.
Up to last year, a Trimble user could obtain free
technical support by contacting by e-mail Trimble support or by
contacting the dealer who supplied the GPS system. The new
Trimble Technical Assistance policy now has a charge of between $495
to receive technical support
from Trimble. Additional charges may occur if the
user wants more than one person in an organization to receive
technical support. So RLA Geosystems offers you cost savings.
